As a dedicated and compassionate registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, Kaitlin is committed to fostering a supportive environment where individuals can embark on their journey toward mental well-being. With a personalized and evidence-based approach, Kaitlin works collaboratively with clients to address their unique needs and challenges. She strives to build a strong and lasting rapport where clients can explore their concerns and work towards positive change.

Kaitlin utilizes several evidence-based treatments, including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and mindfulness. Her clinical experience includes supporting children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, social skills, interpersonal conflict, and family conflict. Kaitlin is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
