With over 25 years of dedicated experience, Elissa Goldstein is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist known for her transformative therapeutic approach with individuals and families. Her clinical practice includes supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, social difficulties, and family conflict. Drawing from therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), she helps clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. Elissa has expertise in working with couples and families, helping them to navigate their communication and interpersonal struggles.
A particular area of focus has been providing therapy to the Orthodox Jewish Community, offering culturally sensitive and thoughtful care tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families. Known for her collaborative and practical approach, Elissa tailors treatment to each individual’s unique goals, helping clients develop the skills and confidence needed to reach their full potential.
